Disaster looms when ruthless industrial developers invade a peaceful Maine seaside village. The Mermaid Queen is injured and powerless against this threat to her realm's natural beauty and traditional way of life. Now only the Queen's Elves and her faithful Sprite Robbinston Goodfellow can save Passamaquoddy Bay.

Louisa Suta, (director of Yikes! Vipers) along with the town of Eastport Maine, tell the musical story: Incident at Pulpit Rock. The mermaid has lost her magic golden comb, and needs help from the local villagers, fishermen, and a few whales to get it back. While on land, the mermaid hears that the sacred Pulpit Rock area is to be sold off to industrial development! Now that the mermaid has come to Passamaquoddy Bay, how can she let such a special place become a polluted gas refinery and pipeline? Can she save Passamaquoddy Bay?
